Job Opening: Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounts and finance for startups and mid-sized entities.

Key Responsibilities:

•Accounting & Compliance: Maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, bank transactions, sales, and payroll.

•Taxation & Filings: Handle GST, TDS, and other tax return filings; oversee finalization of books and related activities.

•Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, manage monthly closing processes, generate MIS reports, and analyse cash flow and expenditures.

•Right candidate should have experience of all accounting activities like billing, taxation, filing returns of GST, TDS, Finalization of Books and related activities

•Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Board etc.

Requirements:

•Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books) and Advanced Excel.

•Qualifications: CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).

•Experience: 0.5-3 years in finance & accounting; experience in a consultancy firm is a plus.

•Key Competencies: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication for working with internal and external stakeholders.

Other Details:

•Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off) | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

•Location: Gurgaon and Connaught Place

(Preference for candidates nearby or willing to relocate)
