We are looking for an Accounts Executive - ZOHO Books to join our team at at Kaldan Softech Pvt ltd. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹19,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting (ledger, AP/AR, bank recs) and lead data migration from Tally software to ZOHO Books. Oversee timely tax filings (GST, TDS) and legal compliance. Analyze financial reports for business insights and tax-saving opportunities. Coordinate and lead the team to accurately meet monthly book-closing deadlines.
Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.
Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is any graduate and 6 months - 6 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
