About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Audit & Tax Executive to join a reputed CA Firm in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC Compliance and Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Income Tax Audits
Prepare Balance Sheets, Notes to Accounts, Audit Reports and Tax Audit Reports
Manage GST compliance, GST returns, reconciliation and registrations
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns and TDS Returns, including revised returns
Handle ROC compliance, Company/LLP incorporation, annual filings and ROC forms
Prepare and file Form 15CA & 15CB
Supervise accounting operations and ensure timely financial closures
Prepare MIS reports and support monthly/quarterly financial closing
Handle taxation, audit, accounting and other finance-related assignments
Coordinate with clients and independently manage multiple assignments
Candidate Profile
4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA Firm
Strong knowledge of:
Statutory & Internal Audit
GST
Income Tax
TDS
ROC Compliance
Accounting
Good hands-on knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and client-handling abilities
Ability to independently manage multiple clients/assignments
Immediate joiners will be preferred
