Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee complete accounting operations, financial compliance, reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, statutory requirements, and hands-on experience managing financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory compliances.
Manage payroll coordination and compliance.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Monitor cash flow statements and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
Identify process gaps and implement effective financial controls.
Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.
Support the Accounts/Finance Head in all financial functions.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting software.
Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory laws.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA-Inter (preferred)
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
