Role Overview

The Finance Executive will be responsible for smooth accounting operations, accurate financial documentation, statutory compliance, vendor payment coordination, reconciliations, and supporting audit activities. The role demands high accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial discipline.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and document filing.
  
  

• Prepare, post, and reconcile journal entries on time.
  
  

• Maintain updated ledgers and ensure error-free accounting data.
  
  

• Verify invoices, process vendor bills, and follow up for documentation gaps.
  
  

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely payment releases.
  
  

• Prepare GST workings and support monthly/quarterly GST filings.
  
  

• Ensure timely TDS calculations, deductions, and statutory submissions.
  
  

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  
  

• Assist with internal and external audits by sharing required reports.
  
  

• Prepare MIS reports and support management in financial data analysis.
  
  

• Maintain accuracy in compliance-related reports and financial statements.
  
  

• Safeguard confidentiality and follow finance control policies strictly.
  
  

• Support finance improvements and automation initiatives where required.
  
  

• Ensure timely completion of tasks under strict deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP
  
  

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
  
  

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  
  

• High accuracy and attention to detail
  
  

• Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
