About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our HVAC services business. The ideal candidate will handle accounting, bookkeeping, ERP, invoicing, GST compliance, and vendor/client account reconciliation using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries)

• Prepare and issue customer invoices/bills for HVAC installation, service, and AMC contracts

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on pending payments

• Handle vendor bill verification and processing for spare parts, equipment, and subcontractor payments

• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis

• Assist in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS compliance

• Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Generate basic MIS reports (sales, expenses, outstanding payments) as required by management

• Coordinate with the CA/auditor for statutory compliance and audits

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Com graduate (mandatory)

• Experience: 1–2 years in an accounting/finance role

• Software: Working knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reports)

• Good communication skills for coordinating with vendors and clients

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in the HVAC, construction, or service industry

• Familiarity with e-invoicing and e-way bill generation

• Basic understanding of inventory/stock accounting in Tally Prime
