An Accountant entry-level role involves managing daily financial tasks like data entry, posting journal entries, processing invoices, handling payables/receivables, and reconciling accounts, all while supporting senior staff and ensuring accurate financial records, requiring basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and software skills. Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately inputting financial transactions into accounting systems.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing invoices, payments, and collections.
Reconciliation: Matching bank statements and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Journal Entries: Preparing and posting standard journal entries and adjustments.
Financial Reporting: Assisting with monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.

Audit Assistance: Helping with audits and compliance.
Tally, GST, TDS should have knowledge.
