Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage our day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounts, proficiency in Tally, and hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• GST & Statutory Compliance:

  • Handling monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).

  • Performing GST reconciliations (Books vs. GSTR-2A/2B).

  • Managing TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return preparations.

  • Generating E-way bills and E-invoices for dispatched goods.

• Accounting & Software Management:

  • Maintaining complete books of accounts in Tally Prime / ERP 9.

  • Managing Sales and Purchase vouchers, Journal entries, and Contra entries.

  • Performing daily Bank Reconciliation (BRS).

• Manufacturing & Inventory:

  • Monitoring Raw Material and Finished Goods inventory.

  • Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and production entries.

  • Handling Vendor payments and tracking Ageing Reports (Accounts Payable/Receivable).

• Financial Reporting:

  • Assisting in the preparation of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.

  • Providing weekly reports on outstanding payments to the Management.

  • Coordinating with Auditors for year-end audits.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or MBA in Finance.

• Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment).

• Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Skills: Strong understanding of GST laws, RCM, and Indian Accounting Standards.

• Location: Preferred candidates from Ghaziabad or nearby areas for easy commute to PMD.
