Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decision making.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budgeting activities.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with auditors for financial audits.

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Assist in financial planning, cost control, and risk management.

• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.

• Utilize financial software and ERP systems for efficient financial management.

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding and related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter/MBA in Finance preferred).

• 2-3 years of experience in a finance-related role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other financial software.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
