Position : Accounts Executive (Immediate Joiners or 7 Days Notice)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance.
Manage GST-related activities, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation and GST compliance.
Prepare sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, payments and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory audit requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting and GST requirements.
Required Skills:
2–3 years of experience in Accounts & GST.
Good knowledge of GST, Tally/ERP, Balance Sheet and P&L.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
Good MS Excel skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
