Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with strong knowledge of Tally and accounting processes. The candidate will be responsible for preparing sales invoices, quotations, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring accurate data entry in Tally.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate Sales Invoices accurately and on time.
Prepare and share customer Quotations as per the sales team's requirements.
Record accounting transactions and maintain entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, and Journal Voucher entries.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before posting entries.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, quotations, and financial documents.
Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.
