Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Field Account Executive to support our Accounts Department with daily banking operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and be comfortable handling field-related responsibilities such as bank visits, cheque deposits, courier coordination, and document management.
Key Responsibilities
Visit banks regularly for cheque deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
Handle courier dispatch, tracking, and collection of official documents.
Collect, submit, and manage important financial and administrative documents.
Maintain proper records of bank transactions and courier activities.
Assist the Accounts team with documentation, filing, and basic administrative tasks.
Ensure timely completion of field assignments and maintain professionalism during external interactions.
Support the Accounts Department with day-to-day operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of banking procedures and documentation.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, and responsible in handling financial documents.
Prior experience in accounts, banking, or administrative field roles will be an advantage.
