Accounts Executive / Accountant

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month | Siddapura, Whitefield, Bengaluru
• Qualification: B.Com or equivalent •Experience: 3–6 years in accounts

• Work schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

• Languages: English and Kannada required; Hindi is an additional advantage

Job Description

• Handle customer invoicing, supplier invoices and payment follow-ups.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Record petty cash transactions and maintain bills and vouchers.

• Track business expenses and maintain supporting documentation.

• Enter daily accounting, purchase and sales transactions in Tally or an ERP system.

• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts and customer ledgers.

• Maintain GST/TDS records and assist with routine reporting and monthly closing.
