Job responsibilities

· GST 2B Reconciliation

· Online Bank Statement checking, Cheque Deposit & related Entries in Tally, email Intimation about Payment, etc.

· Cash management.

· All type of Company & staff payment - voucher expense, Salary, OT , etc.

· Customer payment follow up though mail & call.

· Vendor Payment planning & taking Confirmation about payment from Vendors.

· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

· Company Utility Bill Payment – Of All Branches & Sister Concern Companies

· all type of Insurance Payment – Factory, Staff, Vehicle, etc.

· Required Communication & Coordination with Bank

· Required Communication & Coordination with CA, GST consultant or Govt Agency

· Weekly Report for Outstanding and Receivable.

· Required Report Submission

Weekly : Customer O/S – Of All Branches & Sister Concern Companies

Monthly : Bank Reconciliation Report supported by Tally Print & Bank Statement

Monthly Stock Statement submission to Bank
