Position: Accounts Executive
Industry: Automobile / Manufacturing
Location: Pirangut, Pune
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
2. Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
3. Manage GST, TDS, and related statutory compliance.
4. Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense bills.
5. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
6. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
7. Prepare accounting reports and assist during audits.
Candidate Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com graduate.
1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
