अकाउंट्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and bookkeeping. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for account-related matters.
  

Required skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in Tally/ Prime or similar accounting software

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Good analytical, problem-solving and numerical abilities

• Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working with a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) will be considered a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting practices in the NBFC or financial services sector is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or Finance is required
