Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining daily accounting records, preparing invoices, bills, vouchers and financial reports. Handle cash and bank transactions, ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, GST/TDS and bank reconciliation. Maintain accurate records and support monthly closing and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries.
Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers and payment records.
Manage cash, bank and ledger accounts.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory records.
Perform bank reconciliation and verify transactions.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Maintain proper documentation of all accounts.
Coordinate with management, vendors and auditors.
Required Skills:
Tally/ERP, MS Excel, basic GST & TDS knowledge, good numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
