We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at . The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.
Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should have good knowledge and experience in the following areas:
General accounting and ledger scrutiny
Bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation
GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation
TDS computation, deduction, payment and return filing
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment processing
Finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial reports
Import accounting, BOE reconciliation and foreign payments (preferred)
Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
