Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax filings).

• Manage cash flow planning and working capital requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.

• Monitor and manage budget variances and cost controls.

• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

• Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and credit control processes.

• Maintain accounting records and ensure all documents are properly filed and archived.

• Use accounting software like Tally ERP, ERP tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Indian taxation, and compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask efficiently.

• Team leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance or CA Inter/ICWA.

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in core accounting.
