Job Summary

The Accounts and Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and managing inventory operations. This role ensures timely accounting entries, stock accuracy, vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies.

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Maintain tax-related records and support statutory compliance.

Coordinate with auditors and management as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally ERP, Busy, or Zoho Books).

Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
