The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling statutory compliance, and supporting monthly closing and reporting processes. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journals).
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Handle GST-related tasks including data preparation and reconciliation.
Assist in TDS calculation and return filing.
Coordinate with vendors and customers for invoices, payments, and follow-ups.
Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports for management review.
Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure accurate balance confirmation.
Assist in audit processes by preparing required documents.
Work on accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, or other ERP systems.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (Freshers may be considered based on requirements).
