Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally (ERP)
Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements
Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and stock-related entries
Manage cash, bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund flow
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
Handle TDS deductions, payments, and returns
Prepare and assist in filing Income Tax Returns
Ensure statutory compliance as per applicable tax laws
Coordinate with consultants for tax assessments and notices
Assist in internal and statutory audits
Prepare audit schedules and provide required documents
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Support year-end closing activities
Coordinate with sales team for billing and invoicing accuracy
Monitor showroom sales data and inventory-related accounting
Maintain proper documentation for high-value transactions
