Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

Nishan Products is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with accounting software and government portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records

• Handle bank-related work including reconciliation, payments, and coordination

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS

• Work on TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculation, filing, and compliance

• Manage PF (Provident Fund) related activities through the PF portal

• Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.)

• Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors when required

• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Tally

• Good understanding of banking operations and reconciliation

• Hands-on experience with TDS and PF portal

• Knowledge of GST and other statutory compliance is preferred

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes
