Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Prepare GST invoices and assist in GST return filing.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
Support audit, taxation, and compliance requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
Required Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
