Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Bookkeeping Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team in Frazer Town, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, GST compliance, and accounting software, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.

• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.

• Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and contra entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile ledger balances.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist in GST return preparation and filing.

• Prepare e-Invoices and e-Way Bills as required.

• Maintain petty cash records and monitor daily expenses.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.

• Assist with TDS calculations and compliance.

• Organize and maintain accounting records and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, and auditors.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting concepts.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
