The Accounts Executive will manage financial transactions related to supply chain operations, including vendor payments, inventory accounting, logistics costs, and reconciliation. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial data tied to procurement and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices related to procurement and logistics
Manage accounts payable and receivable for supply chain transactions
Track and reconcile inventory-related financial records
Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) matching with invoices and purchase orders
Monitor and record transportation, warehousing, and freight costs
Prepare monthly financial reports related to supply chain expenses
Ensure GST/TDS compliance and proper tax documentation
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams
Assist in budgeting and cost control for supply chain operations
Conduct vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Support internal and external audits
