We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle billing, and assist with payments and other accounting-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Handle bank entries, bank reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain records of GST invoices, e-way bills, and other relevant documents.
Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and outstanding balances.
Maintain proper documentation and organize financial records.
Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end account closing.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and invoicing.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of e-way bills and GST portals is preferred.
Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
