Job Description – Accounts Executive

Location: Paharganj, Delhi

Position: Accounts Executive

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Role Overview

MME Express is looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, billing, invoicing, and statutory documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, ESI, and PF and be comfortable working in a courier/logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records.

- Prepare and manage sales/purchase invoices, bills, and payment records.

- Handle basic GST-related accounting and documentation.

- Assist with GST reconciliation and filing-related activities.

- Maintain and manage ESI & PF documentation and compliance records.

- Record and verify expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting files.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related queries.

- Assist in bank reconciliation and other routine accounting activities.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.

- Good knowledge of GST, ESI & PF.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

- Candidates with experience in courier/logistics or service-based companies will be preferred.
