अकाउंट्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, banking transactions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and basic statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

*1. Banking Operations*

Handle day-to-day bank-related activities including:

Cash deposits and withdrawals

Fund transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

Submission of bank documents

Coordinate with banks for account-related queries and reconciliations.

*2. Accounting & Tally Entries*

Pass daily accounting entries in Tally.

Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately.

Prepare and maintain Books of Accounts.

Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for collections and payments.

*3. Payment Processing*

Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Maintain payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements.

Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment.

*4. MIS & Reporting*

Prepare periodic MIS reports.

Generate expense reports, collection reports, and cash flow statements.

Assist management with financial data for decision-making.

*5. Statutory Compliance*

Handle statutory compliances including:

TDS calculation, deduction & filing

GST return preparation & filing

PF & ESI processing and documentation

Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and returns.

Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

2–5 years of experience in accounting.

Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Understanding of GST, TDS, PF & ESI regulations.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

*Preferred Skills:*

Experience in handling multiple bank accounts.

Basic knowledge of accounting standards.

Good communication and coordination skills.
