We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily accounting records.
Handle sales, purchase, receipts, and payment entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial documents.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in preparing monthly and periodic financial reports.
Verify accounting documents and ensure accuracy of entries.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as required.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Assist senior accountants and management with accounting-related tasks.
Skills Required
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software is preferred.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
