Accounts Executive – Aaswad Foods
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Qualification: Graduate in B.Com, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, expenses, and journal entries.
Maintain accounts and records in Tally/Tally Prime
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and cash-flow management.
Maintain proper document control for invoices, vouchers, bills, and financial records.
Handle TDS, ITR, GST, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budget/cash-flow forecasts.
Support internal/external audits and ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records.
Analyze financial data and provide insights on cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance.
Requirements
6 months–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Tally, Journal Entries, TDS, ITR, GST, Bank Reconciliation, and Cash Flow
Good knowledge of accounting principles/GAAP and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Additional accounting/tax certification is a plus.
