Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team in smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounts — cash book, ledger, journal entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, and other statutory compliance
Bank reconciliation on a daily/monthly basis
Manage invoicing, billing, and vendor payments
Assist in preparation of monthly P&L and balance sheet
Maintain and update party/vendor master data
Manage petty cash and expense records
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Prepare salary statements and support payroll processing

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally ERP / busy
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax rules
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Honest, disciplined, and punctual

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
Freshers with strong busy knowledge may also apply

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
