Position: Accounts Executive (Female)

Experience : 2-5 Years

· Bookkeeping: Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. ·

Ledger Maintenance: Update and reconcile general ledger accounts.

· Bank Reconciliation: Match company records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.

· Financial Statements: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash

Tax compliance: support in filing tax

GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

· Audit Support: Provide documentation and data for internal/external audits.

· Budgeting Assistance: Help in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

· Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

· Financial Statements: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash

· Tax Compliance: Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Office Working Days : Mon to Sat

Timings: 10 to 6 pm

Skills:

Well versed with Tally, Excel and Ms Office

Good in English Communication and Written

Familiar with numbers

Pleasant Personality

Good in Email Writing
