Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage accounts finalization, including preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and tax returns (GST & TDS).
Ensure timely submission of taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee finance and accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable/receivable.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting role, preferably in an NBFC industry.
Postgraduate degree (M.Com) from a recognized university; Chartered Accountant certification preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Balance Sheet finalization, Taxation laws in India.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
