Job Title: Deputy Manager – Accounts

Location: Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Employment Type: Permanent
CTC: Up to ₹8.50 LPA

Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior accounts professional to act as the second-in-command in the Accounts Department. The role involves supervising a team, managing banking operations, and ensuring statutory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting

·       Manage banking activities, fund planning, and reconciliations

·       Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and applicable regulations

·       Supervise and guide the accounts team (approx. 5 members)

·       Operate and monitor accounting systems using ERP / Tally / SAP

·       Coordinate with factory teams, auditors, and external consultants

·       Maintain financial accuracy and support audit processes

Candidate Profile:

·       Minimum 15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance

·       Mandatory experience in the Engineering / Manufacturing industry

·       Prior team-handling experience required

·       Candidate should be 42+ years of age

·       Male candidate preferred

·       Fluent in Hindi (written & spoken)

Educational Qualification:

·       B.Com + MBA (Finance) – Mandatory

Required Skills:

·       Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS)

·       Experience in banking operations & fund management

·       Hands-on experience in ERP / Tally / SAP

·       Ability to work closely with factory operations and auditors

·       Leadership and team management capability
