Accountant cum Front Office Associate

Location: Sarnath, Varanasi

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Accountant cum Front Office Associate to join our team at a tourist bungalow in Sarnath, Varanasi. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with basic accounting knowledge, good computer skills, and a customer-friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounts and basic financial records
Handle cash transactions and maintain cash records
Prepare bills, invoices, receipts, and basic reports
Assist with daily accounting and administrative activities
Manage front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out
Attend guest queries and provide excellent customer service
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Maintain guest records and other necessary documentation
Perform basic computer operations and data entry
Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
Good computer knowledge, including MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance
Ability to manage both accounting and front office responsibilities
Freshers are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month
