We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team at Smartson Enterprises. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data entry and maintenance of accounting records.
Support the preparation of sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
Help maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
Organize and file financial documents and records.
Support GST, TDS, and other compliance-related activities.
Assist in preparing reports and MIS as required.
Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments for operations -related.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting.
