Neo Fusion Decorators is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts
Prepare invoices, quotations support, and follow up on receivables
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments
Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing and collections
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Work closely with CA/auditors for audits and compliance
Maintain expense records and control costs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
Good Excel skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to coordinate across teams and manage deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in interior, construction, or project-based businesses
Understanding of budgeting and cost tracking
