Accounts Payable (AP) – Requirements

1. Processing and validation of vendor invoices

2. Maintenance and update of vendor master data

3. Processing of employee travel and expense claims

4. Execution of payment processing and reconciliation

5. Handling vendor queries and resolving invoice/payment-related issues

Accounts Receivable (AR) – Requirements

1. Generation and posting of customer invoices

2. Reconciliation of customer accounts

3. Maintenance and management of customer account data

4. Follow-up on outstanding receivables

5. Dispute management and resolution with customers

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – Requirements

1. Defined turnaround time for invoice processing

2. Accuracy benchmarks for AP and AR transactions

3. Timelines for response and resolution of vendor and customer queries

4. Adherence to agreed working hours and coverage models

5. Compliance with internal controls, data security, and confidentiality standards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be measured through mutually agreed KPIs, which may include but are not limited to:

1.Processing accuracy rates

2.Cycle time for AP and AR transactions

3.Backlog volumes and aging

4.Query resolution timelines

5.Resource productivity and attendance adherence

Long Shot is a freelancing platform for finance professionals. Assignment posted in platform is on behalf of clients.

1.Full details of the assignment shall be provided by client once you confirm the assignment.

2.Only local candidates can apply.

3.Actual assignment date and duration may vary.

4.Payment shall be made by Long Shot only.

5.Payment will be made by Long Shot within 7 days or next Sunday whichever is later from the date of confirmation of completion of assignment by client. In case of more than 1 month duration assignment then monthly fee will be paid.

6.Do not discuss and disclose fee with the client.

7.Inform Long Shot before completion of assignment regarding any change in planned mandays, travelling reimbursement etc. by client to claim additional payment. Long Shot will not be responsible for non payment of additional mandays or travelling reimbursement if not informed prior to completion of assignment.

8.You cannot withdraw the assignment once training given or 1 day before assignment whichever is earlier. Else you will be blocked from Long Shot app for 6 months.

9.Do not backout or withdraw the assignment before completion of assignment. In such case long shot may hold the pending fee.
