Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client requests and inquiries
Assist in onboarding new clients and updating account records
Support Account Managers with proposals, quotes, and renewals
Track orders, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries
Monitor account activity, identify issues, and escalate when needed
Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate data
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, marketing)
Help identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Handle billing questions and support contract administration
