Hiring for Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in manufacturing/export accounting, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.

Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.

Prepare MIS reports and financial data as required by management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Eligibility

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience in the Garment Manufacturing/Export Industry will be preferred.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime or any ERP software.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.).

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
