We are looking for a diligent, structured, and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our growing Chartered Accountancy firm. In this role, you will work closely with our senior team to handle day-to-day accounting, data entry, and statutory compliance tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, protective of critical timelines, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Data Entry: Maintain accurate books of accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and process daily financial transactions using Tally Prime or Zoho Books.
Tax Filing Support: Assist in the timely compilation of data and preparation of working papers for GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Deadline Management: Track and adhere strictly to statutory compliance calendars to ensure zero missed filing deadlines.
Documentation: Organize, digitalize, and maintain client financial records, invoices, and physical vouchers systematically.
Client Coordination: Follow up with clients to collect pending financial documents, statements, and missing information required for compliance workflows.
