We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance department in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in ERP/Tally.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
Prepare GST working, reconcile GST returns, and coordinate with tax consultants.
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts on a periodic basis.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
