Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, knowledge of Busy Accounting Software, and a basic understanding of GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documents.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Prepare GST & TDS working and assist in filing returns.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliations.
Generate E-way bills, invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain financial records.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.
Assist in payroll processing and other finance-related tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and financial support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Accounting.
1-4 years of experience in accounting.
Knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
