Senior Accounts & Finance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow and financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, customer/vendor reconciliation.
Handle bank reconciliation and banking transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and government authorities.
Monitor outstanding payments and collections.
Assist in budgeting, costing and financial planning.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support management with financial analysis and reports.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
Experience in a manufacturing/printing & packaging industry will be an advantage.
Experience: 5–8 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent
Location: Kasurdi, Bhor, Pune
