VACANCY – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Location: Udhana, Surat
Department: Accounts / Export Sales Office
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting and inventory-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating Inventory in Tally Prime
Passing and checking Sales and Purchase entries in Tally Prime
Maintaining stock records and reconciling inventory with Tally
Assisting in day-to-day accounting activities
Preparing basic reports and statements in MS Excel
Checking invoices, purchase bills and sales documents
Assisting in reconciliation and other routine accounting work
Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Tally Prime
Practical knowledge of Inventory Management in Tally
Knowledge of Sales & Purchase Accounting
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Good accuracy and attention to detail
Candidates with relevant experience in a trading/export office will be preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Job Location: Udhana, Surat
Employment Type: Full-time
