Accounting & Finance
· Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments).
· Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and filings.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable.
· Perform bank reconciliation statements.
· Assist in statutory audits and internal audits.
· Maintain proper documentation for invoices, vouchers, and bills.
· Coordinate with CA for taxation, TDS, and compliance matters.
Store & Inventory Management
· Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
· Monitor stock inward & outward entries and ensure proper documentation.
· Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
· Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
· Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safety of materials.
· Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
· Maintain MIS reports related to inventory and stock valuation.
· Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for material availability.
· Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / Accounting Software.
· Ability to multitask and work independently.
Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
