Kanika Fasteners Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers in accounting software.
Maintain books of accounts and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare GST-related data and assist in return filing.
Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
Assist in preparation of financial reports and audit documents.
Handle TDS-related entries and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting records.
Maintain proper filing of invoices and financial documents.
Eligibility:
Qualification: B.Com or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in accounting (manufacturing experience preferred).
Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST.
Basic understanding of TDS, accounting principles, and banking transactions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
