We are looking for candidates who can independently manage transactions, reconciliations, invoicing, payments and accounting records using Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities in Zoho Books
Create and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes & debit notes
Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
Record and track payments, receipts, expenses and journal entries
Maintain customer and vendor accounts
Support GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements
Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports
Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely closure of books
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and auditors for accounting
Candidates who can join immediately / at short notice will be preferred
Location: Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Hyderabad
