We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team at Heamons Systems. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.
· Data Entry & Maintenance: Recording daily financial transactions in Tally.
· Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, expense reports, and handling payments.
· Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
· Financial Reporting: Assisting in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and monthly closings.
· Compliance Support: Ensuring adherence to statutory regulations (e.g., TDS, GST).
